If you're not satisfied with your order, you can request a return on our website within 14 days of receiving it. Purchases of products on our website are direct transactions between the user and the seller, and Onest Store does not act as a reseller of these products.
However, Onest Store facilitates the return process by putting you in touch with the seller directly from our website via your customer account (section: "My Returns").
For reasons of hygiene and health, hygiene products, cosmetics, earrings, and piercings are only eligible for return if they are in their original packaging, sealed, and unused. For other products, they must be returned in perfect condition, with their labels and packaging intact.
Although Onest Store helps to simplify the return process, it's important to note that the management of cancellations and returns is governed by the general terms and conditions (GTC) of each individual seller. How to initiate a return request :
You will receive a confirmation email for your return request. If you need more information, we invite you to consult our "Returns & Refunds" page or contact us through our contact form, specifying your name, first name, order number, and questions. We're always here to help.
Upon receiving your return package, the seller will inspect the items, and we will send you an email to inform you about the approval of your refund. If your return complies with the seller's return conditions, the refund will be processed within a maximum period of 14 days.
Note: We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged returns in transit. If return fees are at the customer's expense (depending on the seller), we recommend that you send your return package with tracking and insurance.
