We work with sustainable brands and are committed to promoting responsible consumption. By purchasing from our site, you support brands that respect the environment and local communities. How can we ensure products are sustainable?
We have strict criteria for selecting the sellers who work with us. Among other things, we check whether the products are made from natural, sustainable and/or recycled materials, whether the sellers use environmentally friendly and collaborative production methods, and whether the products are delivered in environmentally friendly packaging. How to place an order on our concept store?
It's simple and easy! Simply select the products you want to purchase, add them to your cart and proceed to payment. Once the order is placed, you will receive a confirmation by email.
What payment methods are available on our site?
We accept payments by bank card (Carte Bleue, Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard) or by Paypal (Paypal Wallet, Bank Card, Transfer, Payment in 4xes without fees).
Who takes care of your delivery?
Each of our partner sellers takes care of the delivery of their products. We also have partnerships with different carriers to ensure fast and reliable delivery of your products. Delivery costs are defined by our partner sellers. We have chosen direct delivery from the partner seller to reduce carbon emissions linked to transport and storage.
How do you know if a partner seller delivers to your country?
Delivery information for each product is available on the product page and on the brand presentation page. Furthermore, we recommend that you enter your delivery location from the start of your use of the site, in the corresponding field (at the top left of each page). This will update the product catalog with only those available for delivery to your country.
What are the delivery times ?
Delivery times depend on the seller and the delivery location. You can find delivery information for each product on the product page and on the brand overview page.
What are the shipping fees ?

How many packages are shipped?
The number of packages shipped depends on the number of brands in your basket and the number of products ordered per brand. If you order products from different brands, you can receive as many packages as the brands ordered. We have chosen direct delivery from the partner seller to reduce carbon emissions linked to transport and storage. Furthermore, if you order several products of the same brand, the number of packages shipped will depend on the number of products ordered and their size. Our partner sellers do their best to combine orders into one package whenever possible.
How to track your order?
We will send you an order confirmation email as soon as your order has been successfully placed. You will also receive a shipping confirmation email when your order is sent. This email will contain a tracking link allowing you to follow your order in real time.
How to use a coupon code ?
If you have a promo code, you can use it when paying for your order. Simply enter the code in the box provided for this purpose before finalizing your order. The discount amount will be automatically applied to the total amount of your order. Please note that promo codes have a limited validity period and can only be used once.
What are the conditions for returning a product?
If you wish to make a return and request a refund for a product, you have 14 days from receipt of the product to request it via your customer account on our site. Once the return request has been validated, you have 14 days to send the package with the product to be returned. Please note that return conditions and costs depend on the seller. You can find returns information for each product on the product page as well as on the brand page. The various guarantees and user rights are detailed in our “General Conditions of Use & Legal Notices” . The returns process is detailed on the “Returns & Refunds” page.
How do I return a product ordered on our site?
To return a product,
- Go to your customer account in your “My returns” area. There you will find your order eligible for a return request as well as your returns history.
- Click on the arrow in the “Return” column. This will redirect you to your order summary.
- Select the products to return.
- Validate your request by clicking on the “Confirm my request” button.
You will receive a confirmation email from the seller with instructions to ensure your return and refund (don't forget to check your spam). If you need more information, we invite you to read our “Returns & Refunds” page or to contact us via our contact form.
What are the reimbursement deadlines for a return request?
Upon receipt of your return package, the seller will examine the items and we will send you an email to inform you of the validation of your refund. If your return complies with the seller's return conditions, the refund will be made within a maximum of 14 days.
